Agreement
By engaging Savvy Development for design, development, or related services, you agree to these terms. Work is delivered as agreed in statements of work or quotes. Scope changes may require additional agreement and fees.
Payment and timeline
Payment terms are set out in the quote or contract. Invoices are due as specified. Delays in payment may affect delivery timelines. We reserve the right to pause work until payment is received if terms are not met.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment you receive the agreed deliverables and rights to use them for the agreed purpose. Pre-existing materials, tools, and frameworks remain with Savvy Development or their licensors.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. This does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently developed without use of the other party's confidential information.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant work. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or gross negligence.
