Ownership, code, and intellectual property
Last updated: February 13, 2026. In this document, "the Client" means the party named in the relevant quote or agreement (e.g. Wonder Port Hobbies, Altitude, or the entity engaging Savvy Development).
Ownership of work and deliverables
All work, code, designs, documentation, systems, and deliverables produced for the Client under this agreement are the sole property of the Client. Nothing created under this engagement is considered personal property of Savvy Development.
Repository and confidentiality
All code and assets will be stored in a secure company-owned GitHub account or equivalent repository. Savvy Development agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Client's systems, data, and intellectual property.
External tools and prior work
Any external tools, libraries, or prior work incorporated into the platform will be disclosed and appropriately licensed or assigned.
