Ownership, code, and intellectual property

Last updated: July 13, 2026. In this document, "the Client" means the company or entity named in the relevant quote or agreement with Savvy Security.

Ownership of work and deliverables

All work, code, designs, documentation, systems, and deliverables produced for the Client under this agreement are the sole property of the Client. Nothing created under this engagement is considered personal property of Savvy Security.

Repository and confidentiality

All code and assets will be stored in a secure company-owned GitHub account or equivalent repository. Savvy Security agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Client's systems, data, and intellectual property.

External tools and prior work

Any external tools, libraries, or prior work incorporated into the platform will be disclosed and appropriately licensed or assigned.
